Accreditation applications and registrations

The “Accredit your CPD” application form saves your contact and billing details, registration choice, CPD titles, activity outline and calculated fees on ACQP’s hosting. Each submission receives an application reference and creates a pending registration, or links to your existing active registration. Authorised CPD administrators use these records to review your application, arrange payment and manage your registration. They are not public library listings.

Administrators may email a payment link to the address you provide. Payment is completed with the payment provider identified by that link; this application form does not collect card or bank details. ACQP retains your application, registration, payment reference and review history for administration and record keeping. Records are not automatically deleted. Email cpd@acqp.co.uk with your reference to request a correction, discuss withdrawal or ask about your information. Payment and registration do not themselves award CPD accreditation.

Provider portal and accreditation verification

When ACQP enables portal access for your registration, your registered email identifies your account. Passwords are stored as hashes. Setup and reset links expire after 48 hours and can be used once. Providers can see the registrations and activities specifically linked to their account; internal assessment notes are not shown.

Approved CPDs receive an individual reference and accreditation dates. Your public verification record displays the CPD title, provider name, reference, accreditation dates and current status. It does not publish your billing address, private contact details or internal review notes. A linked badge on your website requests its image from ACQP hosting, which may record normal web access information. The record remains available to show expiry, suspension or withdrawal after a badge has been issued.

Portal downloads and embed code are available only for currently approved CPDs. A downloaded badge is a static copy; you must stop using it when accreditation ends. Contact cpd@acqp.co.uk to correct account details or discuss access.

Contact enquiries

The enquiry builder on the Contact us page prepares text within your browser. It does not send an email automatically. You can review the details, download a text copy or open your own email application to send the enquiry to cpd@acqp.co.uk. You must send the email yourself.

This enquiry builder does not save your form entry to a database or browser storage. Leaving the page may clear your entry.

Construction CPD Library submissions

The separate “Submit your CPD” form stores your submission and any attached PDF on the website’s hosting for ACQP review. This includes the contact name and email, provider name, title, description, learning outcomes, subject, format, duration and learning link, where provided.

Contact names, contact email addresses and internal review notes are restricted to the library administration area. They are not displayed in public listings. Pending, archived and unaccepted resources are not available to public visitors.

When an administrator publishes a submission, the provider name, CPD title, description, outcomes, subject, format, duration and learning resources become publicly available. The listing may also show a confirmed accreditation reference and validity date. Submit only material you have permission to share publicly.

Corrections and removal requests

Contact cpd@acqp.co.uk with the library reference if you need to correct or withdraw a resource, or have a question about your personal information. Archiving hides a listing from the public library while retaining the review record.

Cookies and website services

The provider portal, application form and library use an essential session cookie for form protection and administrator sign-in. The website code does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Your hosting provider may also retain operational access and error logs.

External learning links open third-party websites, which have their own access requirements and policies. The accreditation enquiry email is handled through your email service and ACQP’s email service once you send it.

Accreditation and publication

Library publication and accreditation are separate. An accreditation badge is shown only where the review team has recorded confirmed accreditation for the particular activity. Check the stated reference and any validity date. Approval applies to its confirmed scope and is not certification of a product, a formal qualification or proof of an individual’s occupational competence.

Fees

Confirm the applicable registration route, scope and total payable with the ACQP team before proceeding. The application form calculates the listed total from your registration choice and CPD quantity. Individual/provider registration is £75 one-off; company registration is £99 one-off; each CPD is £49 per year. A payment link is sent later after your details have been checked.
