  1. Start with a conversation

Tell us about your organisation, the subject you teach, the intended audience and the learning format. We’ll clarify the appropriate registration route, fees and materials needed.

  2. Prepare your submission

Set out the learning outcomes, content, agenda and duration. Include your slides or learning materials, presenter experience and how participation or completion is recorded.

  3. Review and refinement

ACQP reviews the submission for learning value, relevance and quality. The team may ask questions or request amendments. Responding fully helps the review progress.

  4. Receive a clear decision

You’ll be told the outcome and, if approved, the scope and conditions of accreditation. The team will explain the relevant badge, certificate and listing arrangements.

  5. Keep your learning current

Keep technical material and references up to date. Contact ACQP about significant changes to an approved activity and confirm any review or renewal requirements with the team.

Planning an event? Ask us about review timescales before publishing an accreditation claim. Approval depends on a completed review.
