Course: Brickwork & Blockwork Quality, self-paced digital learning in English. One learner account. £15.00 total, including assessment retakes and a downloadable certificate after all modules and a pass (20/24). No subscription or certificate charge. Access for at least 12 months after payment, with no automatic renewal. Internet access, a current browser and a PDF reader are needed.
This is online knowledge training, not a practical competence assessment, equipment authorisation or NOCN qualification. ACQP Training Centre is NOCN Approved Centre 30004857.
Before digital supply begins, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period. When you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge loss of this right, that cancellation right ends once supply begins. If you prefer to wait, contact the Centre before paying online. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected. Contact us for cancellation, access problems, complaints or a refund request. Any approved refund may end course access and withdraw the associated certificate.
Use your own account and complete your assessment independently. Share your certificate or verification link responsibly: verification shows your certificate name, course, issue date and status. We may suspend access for account misuse or payment disputes, subject to your statutory rights.
If the platform must close during the minimum access period, contact the Centre for an appropriate remedy. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation request: send your name, account email, order reference, order date and a clear statement that you wish to cancel to the contact address above.
