ACQP TRAINING CENTRE

Accessibility & learner support

Learn at your pace

The course supports keyboard navigation, responsive layouts, browser zoom, labelled forms and text alternatives for lesson photos and diagrams. There is no assessment countdown. Completed modules are saved; an assessment's answers are saved when you submit them.

The lessons are in English. If you need an adjustment, assistance with reading, an alternative format or help accessing the assessment, contact colchester@acqp.co.uk or 01206 688 058. We will discuss a suitable arrangement. Do not share your account password.

Technical requirements

Use a current browser with cookies enabled and an internet connection. JavaScript improves the mobile menu and print button but the course forms work without it. Downloaded certificates require a PDF reader. Contact us with the page name and device if something does not work as expected.
