Registration Agreement

This Forum Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the registrant ("User") and the Association of Construction Quality Professionals (ACQP), with its principal office at [Insert Address], governing the use of the ACQP online forum ("Forum").

1. Registration and Account

1.1 To participate in the Forum, users must create an account by providing accurate and current information.

3.3 The ACQP does not endorse user posts and is not responsible for any advice or information shared on the Forum.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

4.1 The ACQP reserves the right to remove posts, restrict accounts, or ban users who violate this Agreement or Forum policies.
4.2 Decisions regarding moderation or account restrictions are final and at the sole discretion of the ACQP.
4.3 Users agree to cooperate with the ACQP in investigations of violations.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 The ACQP will collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7. Termination

7.1 Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting the ACQP.
7.2 The ACQP may suspend or terminate a user account at any time for breaches of this Agreement or Forum policies.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any dispute arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Acceptance

By registering for the the ACQP Forum, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Registration Agreement.
