How the service protects you

Helping your keys find their way back.

Losing keys can be stressful and may lead to expensive replacement locks. An ACQP key fob gives an honest finder a quick, privacy-conscious way to report them without your home address or telephone number appearing on the keys.

If you lose your keys

Tell the ACQP membership team. We will make a note against your record and watch for a report from a finder, police station or other responsible organisation.

If somebody finds them

The finder scans the QR code, uses the registration form or calls ACQP with the unique number printed on the fob.

If they are handed to the police

We can confirm the registered owner through an appropriate verification process and help arrange collection with suitable identification.

A straightforward recovery process

Three steps back to their owner.

The first three fobs are free for current ACQP members. Only additional fobs for family members or extra sets are chargeable.

The owner loses their keys

The member can contact ACQP so the membership team is aware and ready to match any finder’s report.

The finder reports the fob number

They scan the QR code, visit acqp.co.uk/search or call us. We search the unique reference in our records.

We help arrange their safe return

ACQP contacts the registered owner and explains where the keys can be collected or how their return can be arranged.
